Employer groups are priced per employee per month (PEPM) by enrolled headcount. Each group selects a Core, Pro, or Premium package. Brokers add a platform license tier on top of PEPM. Every subscription includes 3 admin/broker seats.

Billing Options

Plans are contracted with your broker or BenefitsInteractive directly. Charges are invoiced outside this website—typically by invoice with bank transfer (ACH) or recurring bank debits. There is no in-app credit card checkout today.

PEPM covers platform access for enrolled employees. Package tier determines which Group Admin and employee modules your HR team can turn on. Your broker quotes the package that fits each employer.

Broker License Tiers

Broker platform licenses are billed in addition to employer PEPM. Each tier caps total enrolled employees and employer groups on your book. Contact us for tier pricing on your contract.

Up to 3,000 employees
and/or 15 groups

Up to 7,000 employees
and/or 40 groups

Employer PEPM by group size

Broker-sponsored groups with under 40 employees and any Tier license receive a 50% reduction in PEPM on the Core and Pro packages.

Your exact PEPM is quoted within these ranges based on configuration, rollout scope, and support requirements. Package tier (Core, Pro, or Premium) is folded into your overall quote alongside PEPM. Annual billing applies a 20% discount to the total subscription.

Group size 25–69 employees: Core $49/mo, Pro $59/mo.

AI Technology

AI usage in excess of $10/month billed quarterly. AI costs: Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite at $0.25/M input and $1.50/M output tokens (Google Standard list rates).

Admin and Broker Seats

  • 3 admin/broker users included with every employer
  • Additional admin seats: $12 per seat per month
  • Broker Tier licenses include up to 10 seats in any Tier level. Additional broker seats are $59/month.
